Chaaaaaaaarge: Liusine charges up her air magic, then ignites her fire magic to create a burst of lightning magic that she uses to dash forward at a super high speed. Effective because of her already relatively high speed stat.
Stop Moving, You Asshole (SMYA): A magic-only skill used for the occasional opponent faster than her. Her fire magic is mixed into the air, then scattered everywhere, and when the fire magic is activated and mixed with the already active air magic, lightning homes in onto all the spots where the fire magic was mixed.
Carving is Fun: Liusine goes on trigger-happy mode figuratively. An all-out assault, forgoing all defences. Usually ends in a double-knockout because of her nonexistant original defence. Also know as Liusine merrily carves you up while cackling.

Personality:
How to put it... Liusine is quite different from Marianne. She is calm, serene, controlled. She keeps her head in a dangerous situation and reacts appropriately. She will also happily carve you up if you piss her off. She is the more independent, more capable of the two sisters. While she acts like she doesn't need Mari, she would ditch Terpua and never come back if her sister asked her to. She isn't as attached to her parents. In fact, she's a bit a lot cynical. All she wants to do is climb trees and carve people up have a bit of fun, then come back at the end of the day feeling like she's done nothing. In this regard she is still a child.

History
Liusine never had problems as a child. She listened to her parents and her sister, got in trouble when she snuck out, was loved by her parents. Because of this sheltered life, even more so than Mari, she sees herself as an observer of life, but never liked to actively participate in it. She humoured Mari's attempts to “defend” her, smiled and told her parents she loved them, but never really felt anything about it. She nodded in response to her parents' lectures about how evil humans were but never really believed them. The only person she ever felt anything for was her sister, and even then she views Mari as something closer to what one might view a very close pet rather than an important figure in their life, despite the fact that Marianne is much older than her this girl has problems yep.
